You’re trying to import your LDAP server users to EZOfficeInventory, but facing an error during the process. To fix this, you need to verify that you’re doing it right. There are two possible reasons for an unsuccessful import/sync process:
- Not having the Last Name and Email attributes configured in your LDAP server.
- Importing invalid users’ email addresses.
